East Central Electric Cooperative, Inc., offers a high efficiency rebate program.
Starting July 1, 2010, East Central offers rebate credits for newly ins
talled units or replacement units. All rebates are paid as credits to the member’s electric bill.
GROUND SOURCE HEAT PUMP
$150.00 per ton (for replacement unit)
$750.00 per ton (for complete system, unit and ground loop)

Electric Water Heaters, High Efficiency
$150.00 rebate is given to members for a Marathon Water Heater purchased from East Central Electric.
OTHER APPLIANCES
Clothes washers ($100) and dishwashers ($50), for replacement of an existing unit or new home with a new Energy Star unit
only if electric water heating is present.
Room air conditioning units ($50) will apply for purchase of new Energy Star unit or replacement of an existing unit with a new Energy Star unit.

East Central will process payment of rebate claims and verify installation. A rebate survey form, the appropriate Appliance Rebate Form, and a company invoice, with date and proof of purchase price must be submitted to receive rebate credit.
