Customer Service Representative

The Office Services Department is now taking applications for the position of Customer Service Representative. Interested parties must complete an online application to be considered.

A High School diploma required and 4year degree in related field strongly preferred.

To perform this job successfully, it is essential to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively, tactfully and courteously with all members and general public.  The candidate must have the ability to work under stressful conditions and maintain composure while in constant contact with consumers and public.   Assist members with their questions and concerns via the telephone, email and face-to-face.  Must have strong interpersonal skills, show empathy and compassion, are quality focused and have the ability to work in a team. Must be able to multi-task and work with multiple departments.
