DRIVE-THRU ANNUAL MEETING
Annual Meeting in 15 minutes or less.
Drive up, collect your goodies, register, vote, and be on your way. Do it on your schedule, any time between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m.

IN-PERSON ANNUAL MEETING
Our activities inside Covelle Hall offer co-op members the opportunity to converse with board members and employees, experience virtual reality and fun kids games, and have the chance to win additional prizes.
Registration & Voting: 5 - 7 p.m.
Scholarship Presentation: 6:30 p.m.
Business Meeting: 7 p.m.
Participating in your Annual Meeting can be very rewarding!
All members who attend and register to vote will automatically receive a $20 credit toward their next electric bill. All registered members will also be entered into a drawing for one of many great prizes. Once you've registered, you don't need to be present to win.
1 Winner - $1,000 Grand Prize
2 Winners – $500
3 Winners – One free year of 1GB ecoLINK service
4 Winners – Three free months of 1GB ecoLINK service

We will have a special prize drawing of two $100 bill credits, exclusively for those co-op members who attend our in-person business meeting at 7 p.m.
Cool Car Contest
Drive your cool vehicle through our drive-thru Annual Meeting. A co-op employee will take a picture of your car and at the end of the day all of the coolest rides will be compiled into a Facebook post. Anyone can go on Facebook to vote for the favorite. The car with the most likes by 3 p.m. on Wednesday, July 1, will win $50 off their next electric bill.
Recipe Contest
Your favorite recipe could win $25 off your electric bill. Bring it to Annual Meeting (typed or handwritten) with your name and account number to enter.
You will be entered into a special prize drawing for recipe contributors and your recipe will appear in the 90th Anniversary ECE Member Cookbook.
This year voting will be conducted by a third-party service using iPads. All members vote for candidates in every district.
On the ballot you will see candidates for Board Districts 1, 3 and 6. Candidate Information will be posted on this page following the candidate filing period, May 11-21.

All East Central Electric Cooperative Members must enter off of 4th Street on the south side of campus by Pistol Pete. All other entryways are reserved for university students and faculty.
Meet the Candidates
Anyone who would like to run for Board District 2 or 5 and meets the qualifications to serve as a trustee may request and candidate packet from the co-op now. Completed candidate packets are due by June 21st.
